Lipstick portraits is an immersive digital installation that interprets the concept of femininity in women and men.
This work is the portrait on the digital identities of fifty presons who through the webcam, are filmed in the act of putting on lipstick.
The artist’s eye investigates the theme of femininity in women and men, reproduced in a known gesture, that of wearing lipstick. This project tackles social taboos and changes in moral values, telling them through impact images.
These portraits lead to reflection on the femininity that belongs to every human being.
The result is an eye-catching work that uses a one-minute loop video for each portrait face, which captured media attention and a large number of visitors.
Portrais lipstick is also illustrated in the catalog produced by Cyfest.
